POLICIES

  • Fees will be discussed and agreed upon with your clinician prior to beginning treatment.

  • We are out-of-netwok providers, however we can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Payment is due in full prior to sessions, unless otherwise discussed or alternative arrangements are made prior to services.

  • To cancel a scheduled appointment, you must provide at least 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) notice. This applies even if you reschedule. If not cancelled within 48 hours* you may be responsible and charged for the full fee.

    *Group Therapy, Interventions, Consultations and Comprehensive Assessments may have different cancellation and no show policies

  • Urgent consultations or short notice (less than 48 hrs) for additional sessions outside of regular scheduled appointments, pending provider availability, may be subject to an additional fee.
